  They made it happen! The monthly payment was a little higher than I would have hoped but to finance me with such little down was amazing! Since they worked so hard on it while I was at work all day Sunday it was literally a breeze when I went it on Monday. Seriously, if you are looking to buy a car call Alex and Luis. No pressure and they make it happen! Im still pinching myself! I feel like I'm dreaming!

  My husband is trying to talk me into parting with my Range Rover so that we can but our second vehicle from this group. He doesn't generally advocate for much, but they've got a huge fan now. Thank you for an incredible experience. He loves his new truck!

  I've been coming here for 4 years and I have never mind waiting for my car while it gets serviced. The waiting area is clean and relaxing. Bathrooms and grounds are well kept up. Complimentary coffee, other drink options available and doughnuts are always excellent. If you forget your phone they have two iPads you can use and if you need to charge your phone, they also offer a charging station. I have never had a bad experience or had an advisor that didn't give good customer service.

  Me and my husband Glenn have only received great service at this dealer. I originally came here for the first time asking for a quote on an Altima because the Fiat I had was way too pricey, plus I had the worse experience at the National City mile of cars service place and not the vehicle I wanted. Stephen at the time was so genuine and informative and I just was so grateful to be able to have someone explain things so easily for me and me. I was glad I made this change because my Altima has great miles per gallon plus more space for me to use in case I got shopping.

  For all you military folks out there, go through Navy Federal and select Mossy Nissan Chula Vista for your next new car. The sales representative Stephen Powell will call you within 10 minutes after to get you on your way driving in your dream car. I ran into an issue but Stephen and the staff stuck with me and made sure I left in a new car. They got me out of a bind and gave me something more than what I was looking for at a fair price. I may not need a new car again but I can definitely spread the word for those of you who want a new ride.

  Majesty really got me out of a jam! It was about to start raining the other day when my driver door window motor decided to die around noon. After I got off work (after 3:00 pm) that same day I called them to see if they could possibly get me in same day and repair the window. Nora there at Majesty was very friendly and helpful. They had me come in right away, and by about 5:30 they had me on my way with a functioning window-- just as it really started to pour rain! Nice people, great service, and great prices! They are definitely a top recommendation for your auto glass and other repair needs! Thanks again Majesty!

  The staff is always courteous and professional. I've work with T.K. on several occasions and his knowledge of their services has saved me time and money. He's been helpful for 2 years that I owned the vehicle and has help me successfully keep my 2012 Maxima on the road with no major issues.

  If you ever need any service for your vehicle this is the place to go. They will make time for you and schedule you pretty much whenever you want. Staff is friendly and will take care of you. The prepaid oil changes really are better than paying for one every time. The car wash are the best!

  We shopped around at Toyota and Honda but came back to Nissan and this time Sammy, Julio, and Renato all helped work with us to get a great deal on a new used 2017 Sentra that was previously used for rentals but only had 5500 miles on it. In both scenarios, we got great service from the sales guys. They were patient in answering all of our questions and we didn't feel rushed or pushed into our decisions. Also, the finance guys Adbul and Fabio were very nice and straight forward. Buying cars can be a very stressful experience BUT these group of guys that worked with us were awesome and made the experience a positive one! Thank you to all the guys who helped us with our two car purchases!

  Replaced the moon roof on my car at half the price compared to other quotes. Very efficient service, got in me and out on the same day unlike other locations that required 2-3 days to order the roof.

  Great service, and friendly staff. I came to have my car serviced today.... I needed new break pads and a rotor resurfacing. While I was in line I was offered a free water bottle by a kind gentlemen there. Then I was promptly and politely attended to and a few hours later my car was ready.

  Luis was very helpful and accommodating every step of the way. He managed to get the car I wanted from a different Mossy Nissan dealership, sold me the car for the price I wanted/offered and even got some accessories for my car. He even called a few times after the purchase asking if everything is good with the car and if I have any complaints or needs for the car.
